Low-cost spay/neuter available for dogs and cats - no income restriction for clients.  Serving Raton, Springer, Cimarron, Maxwell, Wagon Mound and Clayton areas.  
Two programs available:
1) Client pays half, Humane Society pays half.
2) On the first Saturday in May each year, $20 spay/neuter certificates may be purchased and used at any time.

The Española Pit Fix: Free spay/neuter program for any Pit Bulls in Rio Arriba County (includes shots and microchips).

This program of Saving Animals New Mexico, funded by a generous grant from The Summerlee Foundation, has successfully fixed and microchipped over 300 Pit Bulls and continues to work tirelessly to help end pet overpopulation in their county, Rio Arriba.
